MUNKSJÖ RELEASE FUNDS FOR FUTURE EXPANSIONS

Munksjö chooses to release funds for future expansions through selling parts of the real estate in Jönköping.
The sale does not affect the operations pursued in the area today. Production of Electrotechnical paper will continue as before.
Munksjö is positive to the plans for the area that the buyers have presented and look forward to the development of the central parts of Jönköping that this will lead to.

LUSTGÅRDEN AND TOSITO BUYS PART OF MUNKSJÖ’S REAL ESTATE IN JÖNKÖPING.

LUSTGÅRDEN and TOSITO together in a joint company acquires from Munksjö the southern part of the real estate and the office property.

The buyers are local entrepreneurs that will operate and be a part of developing the central parts of Jönköping. The intention is to build residential and commercial properties.
