The operation is organised in five business units:

The business units are operationally independent but operate within a shared business culture. The Group’s central functions are group accounting, finance, HR, communications, IT and group strategy.
Munksjö’s Group Centre is located in Jönköping, Sweden. Production plants for Decor are located in Germany, Italy, Spain and the USA. The other production facilities are located in Sweden, Norway and China. All products are sold globally and are highly refined and customised. The Munksjö group has about 1.400 employees.
