Corporate Procurement

Corporate Procurement coordinates purchasing activities for the Munksjö Group. Since 2009 we have been developing long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with a large number of suppliers across the world.

 

Munksjö Procurement is responsible for sourcing goods and services, selecting suppliers and negotiating agreements within the Group. Once the agreements are in place, the various business units in Munksjö typically deal directly with the supplier. Munksjö Procurement itself does not make any transactional purchases. 

Munksjö Group Procurement is anchored deeply in the Munksjö organization and is fully backed and supported by top management.

In our understanding there is more to procurement than just the price. Our idea is to create business partnerships with suppliers offering them business opportunities with the Munksjö Group and ensuring the best Total Cost of Ownership / Total Value of Ownership for the products we buy.
