Aspa Bruk has a staff of about 150 persons working within our production and with different kind of maintenance work, whereas 50 persons are salaried employees. Here are many different kind of works such as technicians, production staff, laborants, electricians, clerk, transport- and salesstaff, accountants, etc.

In today's high-tech pulp industry, this is about 100 less than 15 years ago. At the same time, the necessary skills levels continuously increase, demanding highly trained personnel and constant competence development. The combined competence and experience of our personnel is an invaluable resource and a key factor in our future success.
