Munksjö, a global leader in decor paper solutions, is proud to announce its exclusive partnership with Les Couleurs Suisse AG, the sole worldwide licensor of Le Corbusier colors® – granted by the Foundation Le Corbusier®. 

Through this collaboration, Munksjö becomes the first and only decor paper manufacturer worldwide to integrate Le Corbusier®’s iconic color system, the Polychromie Architecturale, into its portfolio.

The company plans to introduce a curated collection of 28 authentic Le Corbusier colors, originally developed by the architect in 1931 and 1959. Designed to evoke harmony and emotion, these shades carry cultural depth and architectural relevance. Now, for the first time, they will be available exclusively in decor papers, a unique material solution for laminate surfaces, furniture, wood panels, wall partitions, and other interior and exterior applications.

By adding these sustained and timeless tones to its portfolio, Munksjö expands the creative horizon for the industry, offering new solutions and opportunities to spark inspiration in the design of laminate surfaces and furniture products with iconic architectural colors.

As the recognized color specialist in the decor paper market, Munksjö builds on its extensive solid-color portfolio to exclusively develop and introduce Le Corbusier’s palette in decor papers – bringing together technical expertise, design heritage, and innovation for the global specification market.

The decor papers will be offered for a wide range of transformation processes, including HPL/CPL, LPL, and pre-impregnated paper, making the Le Corbusier palette accessible across the full spectrum of surface solutions used in furniture and interior and exterior design.

A new chapter revealed at SICAM 2025

The partnership will be officially unveiled at SICAM Pordenone, Italy, October 14-17, 2025, Hall 10, Booth C10, where Munksjö will introduce its first 10 exclusive colors for the first time. This debut will allow architects, designers, and manufacturers to experience how Le Corbusier®’s palette can transform modern interiors and furniture applications with timeless sophistication.
