Munksjö Caieiras promotes integration between interns and leadership through its NextGen Program
On May 20, 13 interns from our Caieiras plant in Brazil presented their internship projects to Valmir Piton, VP Latam and Caieiras General Manager, and Giorgia Kasat, HR Manager, as part of the local NextGen Program.

The young talents showcased ideas and methodologies to add value to Munksjö’s business in various areas, such as Production, Purchasing, HR, Maintenance, R&D, Engineering, and Safety. After the presentations, Valmir and Giorgia engaged in a round table discussion to explore future opportunities for the NextGen Program enhancement and raise questions about the company’s development.
“This dialogue reinforces the commitment of the NextGen Program to encourage the development of innovative solutions by our future talents,” says Giorgia.
“We’ve received very good projects! Through these interactions, we were able to identify promising ideas and discuss their feasibility for continuous improvement of our operations”, states Valmir.
